Lani T. Montreal’s one-woman solo show, ANAK NI TAPIA: LEAVING MOTHER, is one of six plays featured at Artemisia Theatre’s #WeWomen Festival. The festival is happening Nov. 4-16, and Montreal’s play will be onstage Nov. 8 and Nov. 15, 7:30PM, at the Little Studio, Fine Arts Building 410 S Michigan. ANAK NI TAPIA: LEAVING MOTHER is about the playwright’s experience growing up in the Philippines with a celebrity mother. More info here.

Eileen Dixon, Artistic-Director of Production at Redtwist Theatre, is excited to announce that the World Premiere of Jacqueline Goldfinger’s BOTTLE FLY is Jeff and Reader Recommended. BOTTLE FLY runs Thursday-Sundays at Redtwist Theatre through November 24th. Tickets can be found here. Fridays are always PAY WHAT YOU CAN!

SEVEN GUITARS by August Wilson directed by Manny Buckley is having its non-Equity Chicago premiere at City Lit Theatre with fellow PlayGround-Chicago company member Andrea Conway-Diaz in the cast. Learn more here.

Shariba Rivers will be heading to Spring Green, Wisconsin to workshop a new play with American Players Theatre with a public reading of the play scheduled for November 18th. Check out American Players Theatre’s website here.
